The Ameritec "White Glove" Maintenance Agreements
The Ameritec NY "White Glove" Service Program – Ameritec differentiates itself from the competition by offering a truly unique approach to refrigeration service. Our "white glove" service experience is offered to all of our customers. This program is an all-encompassing service experience that includes:
- The assignment of a service consultant responsible for overseeing all aspects of your account. Your consultant will interact with you to ensure that we are meeting your service needs. They will also provide professional consultations, as your refrigeration needs change.
- A member of our service team will visit your location to log your equipment with our exclusive tagging system. This system has two distinct benefits. First, it allows the customer to call in their service issue simply by reading the number code on the tag. Second, the dispatching team issues the call based on the same code, which allows them to communicate the service history on that piece of equipment to the technician. Your consultant will use this information to help you make long-term decisions about this equipment.
- "White Glove" program customers' receive a discounted labor rate for service performed during regular business hours.
- "White Glove" program customers' receive regular rate service Monday through Saturday.
- "White Glove" program customers' are guaranteed quick same day response times by highly trained technicians. WE ARE THERE WHEN YOU NEED US! At Ameritec we make every attempt to send the same technician to your location.
- "White Glove" program customers' receive quarterly maintenances that meet a stringent ten-point procedure put in place by our Director of Operations. Maintenances can be customized to meet your needs. Seasonal customers may only require two maintenances per year.

The Ameritec "White Glove" Service Contracts
Ameritec offers service contracts for customers that are looking to have a fixed price on labor and maintenance. In addition to many of the features in the "White Glove" service program you get the piece of mind that your labor and maintenance costs are packaged into a fixed contract that can be paid on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly basis. Ameritec Assigned Technician Program
Our experience has shown us that many customers feel a certain level of comfort in knowing that the same technician services their account. We offer a unique program that assigns a lead and backup technician to your account, whether it is a single or multi-unit group. Ask your service consultant about this exciting program.
Maintenance Agreements
Ameritec provides a comprehensive 10-point maintenance program. At the conclusion of the maintenance your consultant will review your maintenance report card with you and develop an action plan to resolve problems. Our goal with maintenance is to minimize costly repairs and food loss by properly cleaning your refrigeration equipment. Ten Point Maintenance Program
- Clean air-cooled condensers (non-chemical)
- Check & oil fans as needed
- Check & clean evaporator pans & drains as needed
- Check refrigerant levels (Bring shortages to your attention)
- Check & record operating temperatures.
- Adjust & reset all controls & time clocks
- Check & adjust water regulating valves
- Tighten electrical connections
- Identify dangerous conditions or required follow-up work & provide you with detailed quotes
- Check operation & wipe down ice machines
Installation
Ameritec has experienced refrigeration installation teams that perform jobs from single applications, walk-in boxes, ice machines up to and including large complex rack systems. We are the leading installers for many of the kitchen designers in the New York market. We can work with you and your kitchen designers to ensure that we can provide you with expert guidance with making the correct refrigeration decisions while staying within budget parameters. Ameritec is the leading installer for Frigid Engineering Systems, a California based rack manufacturer that has customized energy management systems for restaurant applications.
Humidity Control
CoolerKING® is a filter consisting of a blend of all natural zeolite minerals and activated charcoal designed to keep walk-in and reach-in refrigerators colder, drier and safer for food storage while also saving energy and improving operational efficiency.
